From childhood curiosity to CTO leadership: My tech journey

My passion for technology began at a young age when I first witnessed how a simple scanner could bring my hand-drawn painting to life on a computer screen. That magical moment sparked a journey that has led me to where I am today.

As a child, I was already diving into game development and mastering typing systems, eager to learn more. School was my playground for self-taught programming, and I took every chance to attend tech events, driven by an insatiable curiosity for all things IT.

My career began with a hands-on apprenticeship, and soon after, I moved from frontend development to backend and eventually became a fullstack developer. I’ve mastered the entire web stack and built a solid technical foundation that continues to fuel my career.

But technology isn’t just about coding; it’s about growth and transformation. After founding my own company, I transitioned back into roles that allowed me to guide others, from becoming an Android developer at a global company to transforming into a Scrum Master and Agile Coach. I supported 5-7 teams in reaching their goals through agility and innovation. Most recently, I took on the whole tech lead at a Swiss real estate startup, where I became part of the management team.

My journey has been about more than just tech; it’s about using my knowledge to help companies grow and succeed in a fast-evolving world.
